You missed what I said. There is very little pay gap for black women doing the same job as white men.

Did you look at the PayScale studies. The biggest reason for the black woman pay gap is due to different vocations not less pay for the same work. Race and gender only account for 2-3% of the pay gaps between white men and everyone else.

Hence my point, exactly equal pay for equal work will not cause black women on average to earn the same as white men due to vocation, age, geography and other non racial and gender factors.

Read the PayScale study. It is the biggest study I am aware of.
