You do make an excellent point, why is our federal government releasing illegal immigrants into the country that have no place to go in this cold.

States are struggling to handle the demands of their own citizens and simply don't have the resources to assist the millions of illegal immigrants the federal government has failed to keep out of the country. It is too easy to blame state governors for the problem Biden has created. Their first responsibility is their own citizens.

They should absolutely close the border during the winter. It is cruel to allow people into this country during winter when the country has no place to house them regardless of how you feel about the border issue. Biden has really messed up and it is time he steps up and take responsibility for his poorly thought-out border policies.

Meanwhile, for the second time in as many years the problems with over relying on wind energy has been made clear. Green energy is simply not ready to replace fossil fuel and besides the power generation problems that arise with green energy, the increasing vulnerability from being over reliant on an overtaxed grid are becoming abundantly clear.

We do need a more thoughtful and organized approach to move away from fossil fuels, the current one inflicts an unacceptable amount of pain on US citizens.
