The simple question, you should ask yourself is what has changed between Trump’s administration and Biden’s to cause oil and natural gas energy exploration, development, and pipeline investment to slow? Remember the executives of these companies are paid big bucks to make decisions regarding oil and gas investments… why did they feel comfortable expanding production under Trump and reluctant under Biden?
