Where do you live?

My wife and I are a mixed-race marriage and have lived across the country and never had the experience you describe. You said you went to a local restaurant, and you had no idea regarding how they treated people. Something seems off.

Name the restaurant so we can read the "Yelp" reviews and see if others feel the way you do. If that restaurant treats people like you describe, then it won't stay in business long.

You seem to be pretty bad picking restaurants, since my wife and I are a mixed-race couple, and my son married a woman from Africa and my daughter's partner was black. And none of us has had an experience like yours, much less multiple experiences like yours.

I hope this story is real, but the only way to prove it is to name the restaurant as your experience would not be unique.
