Trump's strategy is not wholly based on his expertise, but the expertise of those advising him.

Below is a link to USA Today (a left leaning media source) dated yesterday...

"Experts say this reveals a key part of the Trump campaign political strategy: Leveraging a growing pessimism among a segment of Black voters ‒ chiefly working-class men living in urban centers ‒ disenchanted with American systems as a whole."

"Many people are saying we might have to live with this idea that we will have a broken America," said Terrence Johnson, a professor of African American Religious Studies at Harvard Divinity School."

Notice the language... a "segment of Black voters"... my point exactly. So, if you have not heard about "granularizing" the Black vote, you have heard it now... and not just from me.

Many in the media have tried to claim Trump's comments were racist. But they are largely talking to themselves and thinking they are smart and virtuous.

Trump's speaking is not talking to them, experts claim he talks at a fourth-grade level... great... but his speech resonates with the people he is trying to reach.

Listen to this video, and tell me this guy cares about how Trump said something rather than Trump is promising to keep illegal immigrants from competing with him for construction jobs.

Remember when Obama joked that Trump would never be President. I think Trump's experience in the construction industry has given him insights into how a segment of America, that the intellectuals call deplorable and other equally demeaning terms feel about being ignored. He is now adding a segment of black America to his support by speaking to them... and he really does not care what you are the media thinks. Nothing he will says will convince many Americans to vote for him, so he focuses on those that might.
