Trump is 76. In 2024 that makes him 78. I think America wants a younger President. Biden has highlighted the problems of electing an octogenarian.

Trump stays relevant because he could run in 2024, but I think a "younger" Trump supporter would be beat Trump in the primaries. Once Trump is no longer a Presidential candidate like Hillary, he may try to stay relevant. But like Hillary, he would not be "news".

His quiet retirement may be imposed on him by the media not covering him rather than him not talking.

Trump "noise" is largely the result of the media hanging on every word he utters. Hillary talks just as much but do you hear it every day.
