Trump can use the "Clinton defense", it worked for her. Now if Garland wants to pursue both Clinton and Trump, that would be entertaining. The problem for Democrats is the country is getting very tired of the asymmetrical application of the law.

So, let's prosecute both, Hillary first and Trump second. Whatever Hillary gets sentenced to, should be the sentencing guideline for Trump.

I love the progressive lawyers who quote Federal law selectively, when a Republican is involved and then says it does not apply to Democrats. End the hypocrisy and show the American people that everyone is subject to the same laws.
