So you are saying that overturning a ruling made by unelected judges and returning the decision to the states where state legislatures are elected by the people is a bullet to the heart of democracy. Wow! Talk about ass backwards thinking...

Sorry, but that sounds about as stupid as one can be. I apologize for being insulting but this time you deserve it.

Fine to argue you oppose democracy and believe unelected judges should decide the abortion issue and should uphold Roe v Wade using their unconstitutional powers to legislate from the bench. But hard to argue a decision by "judges" not remove past excesses regarding judicial authority is someone who a "blow to democracy" when it is the opposite.

As an aside, women make up just over 50% of the voters, so the decision each state makes will likely reflect the "choice" of the women voters in that state regarding the limitations on abortions. Also, worth pointing out abortion is not a "gender" issue as men and women are evenly split on the issue.

Please get real...
