Sleepy Joe is called that because he can't stay awake very long and has no endurance. Nicknames stick when they fit. Look at his schedule (see link below). Most people wonder what he was given during the SOTU speech, that had him so pumped up (see link below).

If you want to argue, that Biden relies on the White House staff to carry out his duties, so his personal physical stamina does not matter. That is an argument to be had. Any Democrat claiming they voted for Biden due to his "vigor" is either a liar or delusional.

Comedians on both the right and left have even begun to joke about the Biden shuffle and there is a song titled The Joe Biden Shuffle. Bill Maher in one of his monologues joked that Biden is "running" for President in 2024 calling it a poor choice of words.

Perhaps it's time for his administration to simply argue that voting for Biden is a vote for how his handlers are managing the economy. It's time to let Biden rest.
