Rather than frame you discussion as people hating "black people". Take a close look at what is going on in South Africa, China, and non-white controlled countries and see if you can identify behaviors that are common among nations even if not consistent based on race. In some African countries the behaviors you attribute to whites, are found among different tribes.

Therein lies the answer to your question. Human tribal behavior is natural. Unless we can redefine how people identity, we will experience racism and bigotry.
