Perhaps in 100 years that might happen, but global forecasts of rising oceans do not predict local sea levels. As recently as 2015 a forecast predicted Miami to be underwater by 2025. At present there is no evidence Miami will go under in 3 years.

A more reliable forecast has predicted by 2100 Miami will be underwater. If so, I will not see it.
