Not a fan of abortion, but also not a fan of threatening companies with what are likely unconstitutional laws or preventing someone from seeking an abortion where it is legal.

To the extent different states recognize "person" status at different times in an unborn baby's development, the legal issue is once a baby has been recognized as a "person" within one state, can the baby lose its "person" status if the mother leaves a state.

If the answer is "yes", then I don't think Texas has any authority to do anything. If "no" then that creates a whole series of issues that will require either the Surpreme Court or preferably Congress to resolve.
