It was insightful that the Founding Fathers identified the responsibilities of the Federal government to be foreign policy, interstate trade, and uniform civil and human rights (the 14th Amendment was late to the party because of the South, but it should have been included as an Amendment at the beginning).

Rather than allow states to work out their own balance, at present, the DNC needs the "printing presses" of the federal government to fund their ideology. Americans are too resistant to direct taxation to confiscate their property, the easier way to implement centralized income and wealth distribution is to simply print money.
