If your statements about people of color were true, you would not have seen so many minorities change parties to support Trump. You effectively are saying African American men in the Midwest that voted in record numbers for Trump in 2020 are stupid... that seems both racist and offensive. My wife and daughter in law are both people of color, my wife Asian and my daughter in law African. They find the Democratic party tends to promote racism while accusing Republicans of such...

At some point, Democrats will realize screening "racism" is becoming a bit like yelling the "sky is falling". Every Republican candidate for President in the last 30 years has been called a racist... seriously?

The truth is there was no tax cut... rates were lowered and the result was tax revenues increased disproportionately faster than in the four years preceding the tax cut. In 2013 Obama passed a tax increase on the wealthy, from 2014 to 2018, total Federal tax revenues increased from $3 trillion to $3.3 trillion or $333 billion dollars over4 years. After the tax rates were lowered Federal tax revenues went from $3.3 trillion in 2018 to estimated tax revenues of $3.9 trillion in 2021 in spite of the pandemic or $600 billion over 3 years.

Politicians sell "taxing the rich" but the reality is tax rates on the rich have more impact on where they invest than on the taxes they pay. Higher US corporate and individual taxes, simply cause the wealthy and corporations to invest overseas or in tax advantaged investments.

Someday everyone will understand the Laffer curve which says there is an optimal tax rate at which tax revenues are maximized. If the rate is to low, higher rates will increase tax revenues, if the rate is to high lowering tax rates will increase tax revenues. Based on actual tax revenues after the tax reform legislation in 2018, the tax rate reductions were good strategically since they increased tax revenues.

Curious, which of Trump's policies do you think is based on hatred, fear, and avarice. Be very specific, generalizations just don't cut it. Don't know if you realize that recent polls show Latinos rank highest among American racial identity groups in favor of securing the border... their communities are taking the brunt of all the illegal immigration in this country... so does that make Latinos and racist against fellow Latinos".
