I was prevented from sharing a career of knowledge learned in health care with my fellow citizens over issues pertaining to Covid by censorship which the Democrats made no effort to curb. I was not allowed to share the lab origin theory, some comments related to vaccines were censored also censored. Now young people are suffering far higher rates of heart inflammation than first admitted and even higher than are currently being admitted.

I also have a right to hear what Trump has to say and when the government allowed Twitter and Facebook to silence Trump they denied me access to what he was thinking... whether I agreed with what he said or not, I have a right to hear what he has to say.

If you argue they are private companies, you are half right. They lost their right to censure for anything other than illegal speech when they opted to be regulated under rule 230 where they claim they won't censure but rather operate as a utility.

I feel blessed that I was born in a country where our Constitution was designed to create a society where individual rights and property rights took preference over collective rights. I also believe that kind of society provided the highest standards of living for its citizens and the results speak for themselves as for more than 200 years people have fled the wonders of a society based on government determining the collective interests of its citizens to one where government was restrained from doing so.

Interesting when China faced starvation, they through in the towel on socialism (keeping the autocratic Marxist government) and in a short 40 years they achieved the economic miracle of China.

You don't seem to see taxes, charity, and personal purchases all coming out of the same checkbook. Take more in taxes and as individuals we have to cut spending else where. Every time the government makes a spending decision, they are taking that decision out of your hands. Why is that okay?

The pandemic checks were a joke. First, why should a millionaire like me whose business doubled under Covid get checks from the government. Secondly, my $1400 check cost me $10000.

But I will happily return my check if someone would send me $10,000 so I can pay my "fair share" of the stimulus bill when it comes due.

Funny you should call me selfish and arrogant. If someone comes into your home tonight and takes your stuff because they are poorer than you, are you selfish if you want it back? You reflect the most arrogant aspect of modern political progressive socialism, the government knows what's best for the people even though as we exchange emails we are led by a man who has a long history of using influence to enrich his family at a cost to taxpayers... Do you really think Biden is the only corrupt person in Washington?
