I think you are taking many things out of context. The Bible does not say all men are wicked (as you might interpret that word), but it does make clear that "all men have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" and that God felt it necessary to send His Son to die on a cross for our sins.

Now, sin is really just another word to describe the fact that selfishness drives human behavior. So do you think you or anyone you know has not demonstrated selfish behavior? In a world where everyone is inclined to be selfish, only love overcomes selfishness...

What Christians do believe is that all love starts from God... just like you can't start a fire without a flame... a selfish person needs God's love to ignite their potential to love. But even someone that does not believe in God is a recipient of God's love.

Go outside on a sunny day and declare you don't believe in light... does that keep the light from shining on you? The Biblical message is one of God's love for man and His disappointment with man's behavior... and how His love ultimately translated into the greatest sacrifice in the name of His love for His creation...

At the end of the day, the only important that matters to God is how you will respond to that love. Most people are scared of being loved in such an unselfish way and so they run from God to avoid dealing with His love.
