I think the Courts will step in and make clear that any woman who does not have a passport, need only have the same documentation required to get a passport to register to vote.

But perhaps it's time for every American to get a federal ID card, if they don't have an EDL. People should be able to provide verified ID for a host of activities... so rather battle over voter registration ID, let's just establish that every citizen should maintain a Federal ID card.
