I spent a career in health care and as you know several times vaccines have been rolled out with great harm. At the other extreme there is a case for compassionate use.

mRNA vaccines are especially concerning given how little is known of their long term effects and so we should probably restrict them to people who meet a specific risk profile as a “compassionate” use, but not give them routinely.
