I have owned my Tesla for two years. I don't really experience the issues this owner does. Only once did I have a charging issue trying to find an available charger. I have solar panels at my home and I plug my car and charge it there. My total electric bill for our two cars and house is zero (actually less) so the savings are enormous. But if you can't charge at home, I could see that as a problem.

I did install a high voltage plug that charges my car at just around 30 mph. So if I drive it 200 miles, it will take nearly 7 hours to fully re-charge.

I love the design except for two issues. The "sports" car design translates into two "blindspots" on the back left and right of the car. The sensors pick up the spots but you have to check your screen and not just look over your shoulder. There are several differences with the controls vs other cars. The differences are not bad, but once you get use to them... other cars are less "intuitive".
