I don't think planting wildflowers is going to stop climate change, but I am all for planting wildflowers to bring back beautiful meadows. Poor land management by humans is a global problem, but let's not always link things to climate change.

Even where climate change is improving the local weather, good land management is necessary. And yes, climate change will be beneficial for large parts of the planet providing more temperate climate. But even areas benefiting from climate change, suffer when land management practices are irresponsible.

Healthy ecosystems even ones that change over time need to sustain the soil rather than destroy it. Humans depend on plants and plants need water, CO2, and good soil. To many modern practices destroy the soil or leave soil without the biodiversity to sustain life without artificial fertilizers.

So, let's ignore the whole climate change virtue signaling and focus on re-introducing nature where possible to create a more beautiful planet. Even in places likely to benefit from climate change, beautiful meadows are a beautiful thing.
