How people think challenging election results in the courts is anything less than democracy at its finest is beyond me.

Most totalitarian governments have elections including China, Russia, etc. What they don't have is an effective legal process for challenging those results and insuring that the election systems was not tampered with.

Every person that believes in democracy should be cheering Trump on with regard to his election challenges. Even if you supported Biden, you should be cheering Trump on... and hoping he loses his challenges.

Rejoice in the process that allows people to challenge elections without "disappearing" and then rejoice when the courts looking at the evidence determine the "truth".

Likewise the "The Deep State" is anything but the "bulwark" of democracy. The bulwark of democracy are everyday citizens that take time out to vote on election day and invest the time to understand the issues. On top of that are those "citizen" politicians that serve in government for a short period of time before returning to their civilian lives. Professional politicians and bureaucrats are the farthest thing from the "bulwark" of democracy... again you find them in every form of government including totalitarian governments...

Democracy only works if we have educated citizenry (by that I mean educated with respect to the issues) and a legal system that protects the election process from abuse.
