Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of radical right-wing, authoritarian ultra nationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition and strong regimentation of society and of the economy which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.
I know of only one party that feels they need to forcibly suppress individualism in favor of group think (politically correct speech). That same party believes government needs to vigorously regulate our lives and impose strong regimentation over all of us and the economy. There is no room in their world for religious freedom as religious freedom breeds non conformity to their values.
If the people break faith and vote for someone that does not bow to these elitists demands, they move to destroy that elected person. First in the media and then through bureaucratic process rather than the ballot box. They simply don’t trust the electorate to do the right thing.
Perhaps the only thing missing in the Progressive Democrat’s form of fascism is their commitment to globalism rather than ultra nationalism. But they embrace globalism with a fervor akin to ultra nationalism.
They have learned that globalism destroys “the vote” by replacing it with compliance to rules and regulations established by unelected international bureaucrats. People should not get to vote on whether they support the “Paris Accords” or the “Iran Treaty” through their elected representatives, that is simply to risky.
Better to wipe out borders that provide the basis for electing representatives and replace them with lifetime bureaucrats committed to their ideology. Faux elections are okay, but not real ones that raise up people from outside their select inside group.
Meanwhile, these same Progressive Democrats want to convert our population to dependence on government through higher taxes and entitlements. So that soon enough of the population will become the slaves of government entitlements funded by the wealthy and big business, that they have no choice but to keep voting for those that took their money away in the first place and made them dependent.
I hope America wakes up soon enough to realize these Progressive Democrats are doing nothing more than promising to take away their money and then give it back in exchange for the individual freedoms we enjoy today. This 21st century form of fascism known as Progressive Democrat ideology does not care what you think, you are not an individual in this system, you are simply a small insignificant cog in an identity group which they intend to “own”.
