Elitists always assume the "other guy" is missing something and not themselves. With regard to "brownshirts", it is interesting, that the Jews, who have some experience with respect to "brownshirts" view the left, not the right as the more dangerous people in America.

Antisemitism on the left and Europe is concerning but know where it is coming from, or you might elect people that cater to it. There are antisemites on both the left and the right, but when Congressional leaders like Warren and Sanders endorse antisemites for Congress, you know it's time for you to take a step back.

Moreover, it is worth noting that over 50% of married women supported Trump, so it is hard to call Trump's election a function of "bro culture". Likewise record numbers of minorities supported Trump. Harris did win the single woman vote mainly by misrepresenting Trump's position on abortion while promoting her pro-abortion position. If lying about abortion is your core strategy, doesn't that make you question why they can't run on the truth.

Meanwhile, Harris had the same percentage of the white vote as Biden, so it was people of color not "white" bros, that determined this election. If a dictatorship is your fear that Trump should have been your candidate. 78-year-old men are not threats to democracy, as Biden showed, they are lucky if they can complete their terms in good health, much less attempt to seize the government.

So, time to take off the bias lenses through which you are viewing things and realize, the reason Harris lost was not because of "bro culture", but because Biden's presidency was a failure.

He did a terrible job with foreign policy, a terrible job with securing the border, his energy policies and government spending polices triggered inflation levels not seen for 40 years. And when Harris was asked what she would do differently, she said she couldn't think of anything.

At some level, because Americans still believe in democracy, they believe they can trust politicians to at least attempt to enact the policies they are promoting. Harris played Obama's game of running on euphemisms with raises like "moving forward unburdened by what has been" and "turning the page". This doesn't cut it anymore.
