Do you recall what triggered Israel's attack on Gaza? Meanwhile, about a third of the population in Israel are Palestinians that are doing quite well and in fact their numbers are growing quite dramatically.

There is no question Israel has had enough of Palestinian controlled areas sheltering and even supporting terrorism. Any people that support terrorism subject themselves to retribution as Afghanistan found out with Al Queda.

Now regarding Israel's right to exist. Palestine was never a "country". Britain gained control of the territory which had previously been part of the Ottoman territory. Britain was responsible for creating most of the countries that make up the Middle East today... Israel is just one of them. To say, Israel has no right to exist is to say the same of nearly every country in the Middle East.
