Did you listen to the same testimony I did? Sondland said everything he believed was “presumption” and not fact. He confirmed that he never heard anyone directly connected with Trump say that aide to Ukraine was contingent on an investigation. So your title should have been… Trump has no need to hide after Sondland’s dud testimony.

So far the throughout the testimonies the resounding message is that not a single person has claimed they heard Trump said anything to suggest a bribe. Everyone who has testified against Trump presumes a linkage.

I think Schiff laid a big egg… he got the Dems all fired up before he had the facts… and now he is trying his best to spin things… But the willingness of the public to believe his spin is based on their desire for Trump to be impeached and not on the facts so far from testimony.

If this thing gets to the Senate, the Democrats will be blistered since their case is weak even preventing the testimony that the Republicans want. Without any limits the Republicans will destroy Biden and his son for participation in corrupt practices and Trump will be admonished for taking it on himself instead of delegating the investigation to the DOJ. But the key is the investigation is appropriate based on the facts… but it is something a President should be less involved in personally…
