Democracy is not about which party wins in November, it is about whether Congress reasserts its role as the nation's lawmakers... and reminds the President and the various agencies reporting to him, that their jobs are to enforce the law rather than to make the law or decide which laws they will enforce. The same is true of judges.

The fact that people are suggesting democracy is dependent on which party wins rather than which branch of government is making the laws we live under shows you how confused they are about what a democracy is.

Every time, the Democrats allow Biden to issue an executive order, it is a stab in the heart of democracy, the same was true of Republicans when Trump was President. When the Supreme Court ruled against Roe v Wade and insisted the legislatures of the state pass laws governing abortion, that was a victory for democracy regardless of what those laws that pass are.

Democracy is a process by which people vote directly or through their elected representatives regarding the laws, the taxes, and the expenditures of a nation. Sadly, some are trying to make democracy about party... that is a cruel lie and as misleading as can be.
