DEI is a form of discrimination. The goal of our society should be to eliminate discrimination not to encourage it.

Affirmative discrimination in any form undermines the goal of pushing for an unbiased meritocracy where each person competes based on their intelligences, natural talents, learned skills, and experience.

A legitimate goal is better preparing poor children to realize their full potential, however, achieving this requires more effort than a quota system designed to produce specific outcomes.
