Can you be very specific with regard to Trump or the Supreme Court denying people their Constitutional rights… I have found the opposite to be true…

For example, the Democratic governors across the country have been far more willing to support the denial of Constitutional rights… Free Speech at public universities were not being protected, the right to own guns were being suppressed by governors like in Virginia, now the right to assemble is not being protected, etc. Add to that some of the expanded abortion laws which violate an unborn baby’s civil rights as establish by Roe vs Wade, which said a unborn baby attains his or her civil rights upon reaching viability in the womb.

Can you cite which law Trump passed (didn’t know a President could do that) or which executive order denies individuals their Constitutional and democratic rights… I keep hearing this nonsense, but no one can site a law or executive order specific to their claim. Isn’t it time to get specific with respect to individual laws and executive orders that illustrate the claim… as a PhD would your professors have approved of assertions without evidence.

With respect to Trump’s appointments to the Supreme Court. The Court Justices have a record of supporting Constitutionalism as opposed to judicial activism which often looks past civil rights to what the individual judge perceives as “fair” (which is a dangerous yardstick to use in judicial rulings).

I am very sensitive to the fact, that many Americans no longer support basic human rights, civil rights, and property rights. These progressive liberals have decided such rights can undermine their goal of creating their perception of Nirvana. But the fact, that human rights, civil rights, and property rights can be inconvenient at times does not make them any less important to preserving a society where everyone is protected from the potential abuse of majority rule. As you hopefully understand, civil rights were meant to protect minorities and so by their nature tend to upset “majorities”. In states, where progressive liberals dominate state government, that seems to have been forgotten.
