Biden has had two brain aneurysms and his age is a factor with respect to his cognitive and motor skills. He has been an "empty suit" since before he ran. He is largely reading off cue cards or teleprompters so the content of what he says rarely belongs to him, but his ability to deliver that message is rapidly declining.

While his defenders are behaving in the same way that Reagan's defenders did in the last two years of his presidency denying everything, any real observer of Biden realizes he is going downhill pretty fast.

Unlike Reagan, who seemed to begin declining just after getting elected, Biden's decline is going on right before our eyes.

Regarding, Harris and your last few paragraphs. You highlight the problem in the DNC at the moment. Democrats are so wound up with race and gender, they think Americans are more interested in "symbols" than leaders. Harris is "the prefect symbol" in every sense of the word of what is wrong with the Democratic party and its not her race and gender, but rather that those things should matter more than her leadership and cognitive skills. She has been a failure at every assignment she has been given. Have you heard her proposals to address the root causes of illegal immigration... yet?

I am not certain Biden will run in 2024, given all the scandals surrounding him and his family, by putting off addressing them until after the mid-terms, they will be front and center, but the time 2024 rolls along.

Frankly, I am not a fan of my governor, Gavin Newsom, but represents perhaps the best choice among Democrats if they want someone to push their progressive liberal agenda. His close ties with Nancy Pelosi will also help with fundraising.

Again, not a fan of Newsom, I just think he will get the nomination. But my dark horse nominee is Jared Polis.

Polis has actually done a credible job as governor and as a "gay" man he might get a pass even though he is "white man".

Democrats could tout, that he would be the first "gay" President. Not sure why that would be important, but as noted above "symbols" are all the rage among Democrats these days.
