As the white grandfather of five African American grandchildren, I think the idea of reparation is insane. Four of my my five African American grandchildren will have better opportunities then most white children. The fifth who is Hispanic African American will have a tougher time having grown up in a single parent family, but her disadvantage is not her skin color. My one white grandchild will have cousins that are African American, Hispanic African American, Hispanic, and Asian American.

From where I sit, the whole race thing is coming to a “natural” end…

More importantly, you don’t fix racism with racism…

There is no reason, why our government’s limited resources should be wasted on wealthy African Americans at the expense of a poor Hispanic children. Government is spending a trillion dollars more than it has, let’s spend it on those that need it… regardless of skin color.
