Stagflation is what happens when the government pumps massive amounts of cash into the economy and people are not producing more. Everything most balance. If you have $50 in an economy and 50 people produce 50 widgets the price will be $1 a widget and on average everyone will enjoy 1 widget.

Pay people to stay home so the people left working produce 40 widgets and flood the economy with an extra $50... you have $100 chasing 40 widgets. The price naturally moves up to $2.50 a widget and so you have inflation, even though on average everyone only has .8 widgets... that is the Biden economy. It has nothing to do with the wealthy.

The wealthy were just as rich when we had virtually no inflation and real wages of the poor were rising in 2019 because people made more stuff. And of course, if people did not work during the pandemic everyone would have starved... nice.
