Again, no woman is being required to produce the next generation. If a woman chooses not to have children, no one is going to tell her she must. The opposite is true, many are arguing women should not have babies or at least fewer of them.

So, how say the goal was to reduce the global population by 50% naturally, what would you do to discourage women from having children? Pay more for them to have them or pay less?

If the time comes when you receive a letter from the government demanding you "produce a baby", then your argument makes more sense.

The military intentionally recruits men and women, who are entitled to the same benefits. In order to attract people to such a dangerous job, they offer veteran and survivor benefits. So far, only some countries have decided they want to pay women to have babies.

In nearly every instance, there is a racist element underlying those incentives because those countries see themselves as "a people" and not as a "nation".
