Actually, I have corresponded with the Secretariat of the IPCC in the past, you know the source for all the data most reliable publication quote from. In fairness, to the IPCC, it is far more honest than the contorted reporting that passes for journalism or even government reports. Here is their website.

Here is the address if you wish to correspond with them, but make sure you grind through the reports first.

I am one of those nerdy types that loves to read original research. These days it is almost a necessity given how much science is being politicized. Consider how many media outlets have blamed hurricane activity on climate change, ignoring the IPCC report that said there is no such link.
I have linked below to the IPCC website, read their AR6 report. You might also read the following reports...
This brings us to the real-world data mainstream media outlets seem desperate to ignore. Data from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Hurricane Center (NHC) show hurricanes have not become more numerous or more powerful during the past half-century of modest warming.
The EPA’s May 2021 report on “Climate Change Indicators: Tropical Cyclone Activity” reported,
Since 1878, about six to seven hurricanes have formed in the North Atlantic every year. Roughly two per year make landfall in the United States. The total number of hurricanes (particularly after being adjusted for improvements in observation methods) and the number reaching the United States do not indicate a clear overall trend since 1878.
In other words, the EPA agrees with the IPCC.
So, the real question is not why I don't read media reports on climate change, but why you don't read the underlying studies from the IPCC, EPA, and the NOAA?
One last question for you... were you aware that from the 2009-2017, the US has experienced the lowest number of hurricanes strikes over an eight-year period since records began?
Again, do not confuse climate change with exaggerated predictions of doom and gloom used by the media and politicians to manipulate the public opinion and be especially concerned that increasingly funding is being tied to promoting the government's narrative.
Your best studies are those not tied to government funding by scientists free to pursue the truth wherever it takes them.
